Sage Business Park is organized as the Sage Business Park Commercial Owners Association (COA) — a private, contractual community of owners, professionally manager-managed by Sage Park Management LLC. There is no elected board and no committee politics: you own your building in fee simple and run your practice, while we take care of the heavy lifting outside your walls.
